Here are the rules:

1) You must use MSPAINT (so hopefully you are running an OS with it on it already)
2) The pic is 450x300 pixels
3) Try to use all the mouse instead of selecting straight lines.
4) Draw it
5) Upload to an imagehost
6) Post it
7) Tell the next user what to draw
